What’s wrong with this picture?

Palin Book Tour

Not sure yet? Besides the awful color palette and type selections, the flag waving ever-so-hopefully at the top is union down. Do you know what that means? I do.

§176. Respect for flag

(a) The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.

You could have saved everyone some time and simply said you do not like the woman or her right-wing politics.

Haha, no kidding. Looks like someone needs a hobby.

Yet both of you still read it…

Sapridyne. I don’t know how that statement was supposed to mean anything, but I’m guessing you consider it something of a comeback. We read it… And a billion other things. Don’t worry you’re not that special. Most of us who don’t carry the progressive water don’t mind giving sites like this one a few of our time. Like with Newsweek and NYT, this nonsense rises and falls even with an audience.

Do you know what else is wrong with this picture? This book is supposed to be about America and reach the hearts of American people, but the tour locations are only set for…basically, the heartland. Forget Massachusetts and California. They don’t value “family, faith, [or the] flag…”

    From a friend:

For what it is worth, maybe Patrol Magazine should look at the stars on that flag that is supposedly upside down — the stars are point side up. That means that they aren’t upside down. Which means, given that the field of blue is thus the base of the “flag”, that it is not really a flag at all, just a banner. And given that the book (apparently) doesn’t have any flag representation on it, and given that Ms. Palin likely had nothing to do with the design of a promotional poster anyway, maybe Patrol Magazine should just get a life.
